Welcome to the bajiii platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bajiii ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By using our website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. Please read this document carefully.
1 General Provisions
These Terms apply to all services, games, bonus offers, and promotional activities on bajiii. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines are closely linked to these Terms and are considered part of the complete agreement.

3 Account Management

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
The deposit and withdrawal process on bajiii is fully secure and convenient. We support the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).

- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

- Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- The withdrawal process is generally completed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotions
All bonus offers on bajiii are provided under specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have agreed to the associated conditions.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- Example: ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
- Example: ৳8,000 deposit receives a ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳13,000.
- Wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus: 20 times (20x).
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per member.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be usable on specific games — see the details of each offer.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless explicitly permitted.
- Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
- bajiii reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 VIP Program
The bajiii VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your gaming activity. Each cashback payment is governed by its associated terms and conditions.
6 Gaming Rules
The following rules must be strictly followed when playing games on the bajiii platform:
- The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and transparent gameplay.
- If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void and the stake amount will be refunded.
- bajiii is not responsible for any losses caused by a disconnection.
- In the event of any dispute over game rules, bajiii's system logs will be considered final evidence.
- The use of any software or technical assistance during gameplay is prohibited.
6.1 Live Casino
Live casino games use the services of Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other reputable providers. During live games, the dealer's decision will be considered final.
6.2 Sports Betting
Set odds apply to bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Participating in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Placing bets or playing games in the name of or on behalf of a third party.
- Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage activities.
- Operating multiple accounts or using a false identity.
- Attempting to hack or manipulate the gaming system.
- Colluding with other members in fraudulent activities.
- Filing fraudulent chargebacks against bajiii.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform for personal gain.

11 Account Termination
Both parties (the member and bajiii) have the right to close or suspend an account under certain circumstances.
11.1 Account Closure by Member
You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account. If the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met, the relevant bonus will be forfeited.
11.2 Account Suspension or Termination by bajiii
bajiii may suspend or permanently terminate an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Participation in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Failure to provide KYC verification.
- Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
In the event of account termination, any remaining valid balance will be refunded, however this does not apply to forfeitable bonuses or winnings resulting from a violation.
